Built from the ground up with purpose, this board was engineered through countless rounds of design, testing, and refinement to deliver top-tier performance at an entry-level price. Every detail was strategically chosen to create the perfect balance of durability, flex, and responsiveness—without the premium price tag.

At the core of our Poly Pop technology is a lightweight polyurethane foam core paired with a high-density foam stringer. This combination keeps the board light and lively while adding just the right amount of rigidity for powerful, controlled riding. The stringer introduces a subtle, spring-like flex that loads and releases energy, giving you explosive pop off the lip.

For strength and longevity, the board is fully wrapped in impact- and buckle-resistant double-bias fiberglass, built to withstand heavy sessions and hard landings. We also added a 2oz woven fiberglass layer to the deck to increase durability and reduce chatter in choppy water, creating a smoother, more controlled ride in all conditions.
