Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all states and territories in the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 6-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local providers.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of US $99 or more.
For orders under US $100, a flat standard shipping rate of US $9 applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to follow the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or locations outside Canada and the U.S. If an order is placed to an unsupported location, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements or issue a full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address details before placing your order.
