Returns

Eligible apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. We don't offer refunds at this time.

To start a return: Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll take it from there.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Items that don't meet this won't qualify.

Not eligible: Final Sale items, gift cards.

Processing: Once we receive your return, your exchange or credit is issued within 7 days. Store credit comes as a gift card by email — never expires.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order number, and we'll make it right.

Barrette Wakesurf Boards — Made to Order

All Barrette Wakesurf Boards sold through Fat Daddy's Wake Surf are made to order directly by the manufacturer. Because each board is custom-built at the time of purchase, Barrette boards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy applies to all Barrette models regardless of size, color, or configuration selected at checkout.

We encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing, shape, or which model is right for your riding style. Our team is happy to help you make the right call before your board goes into production.
