At Fat Daddy’s Wake Surf, we want you to love every second you spend on the water. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Performance Guarantee—so you can feel confident in your gear.
If you’re not completely satisfied, reach out to our team at gosurf@fatdaddyswakesurf.com and we’ll help you start a return and get you set up with something that fits your riding style better. Eligible products can be returned for store credit within 30 days, as long as they are still in new condition.
WHAT’S COVERED
Our Performance Guarantee applies to the following products:
- Wakesurf boards
WHAT COUNTS AS “NEW CONDITION”?
To qualify for the Performance Guarantee, items must be returned in new/unused condition.
This means the product must:
- Show no signs of use (scratches, dents, or marks)
- Include all original packaging, tags, parts, and manuals
- Be unaltered and not customized in any way
Any product that shows signs of damage—including water exposure, dirt, cosmetic damage, or missing components—will not be eligible.
We strongly recommend inspecting your gear before returning it. Once the product has been altered, it is no longer covered under the Performance Guarantee.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when using the Performance Guarantee.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Fat Daddy’s Wake Surf is not responsible for damage during return shipping
- Items damaged in transit will not qualify for the guarantee
OFF-SEASON PURCHASES
We get it—sometimes you’re buying gear before the season starts.
If you purchase an eligible product during the off-season, you’ll have until June 15 of the following season to test it and initiate a return.
Example:
If you purchase a wakesurf board on December 12, you’ll have until June 15 of the next year to start a return.
